Welcome to One Stop Trade Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of onestoptradeshop.com (“Website”) and any purchases made through One Stop Trade Shop (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

One Stop Trade Shop operates from South Australia, Australia.

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when published on our Website.

Purchasing an incompatible product due to failing to check clearly provided compatibility information will generally be considered a change-of-mind purchase and will not qualify for a refund, except where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Orders

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

6. Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting us before the order has been fulfilled.

Where an order has not yet been fulfilled, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and issue a refund.

Once an order has been fulfilled, dispatched or otherwise entered the shipping process, it cannot generally be cancelled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. If the order has already been fulfilled before we are able to process the request, the order will proceed as normal.

We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

Any processing or delivery timeframes displayed on our Website are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier availability, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some products may arrive separately or at different times where an order contains multiple items.

We are not responsible for reasonable delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather events, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

We are not responsible for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed once an order has been fulfilled.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

9. Returns, Faulty Products and Refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind.

If a product is faulty, damaged, defective, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy.

We may request photographs, videos, descriptions of the issue or return of the product where reasonably necessary to assess a claim.

Where a return is required, customers must follow the return instructions provided by us before sending the product.
